Grant Recipients
We have approved to grants to more than 150 individuals and groups over the last fifteen years. Just a few of those are illustrated below:
Katie Muir
We were delighted to award a grant of £250 to Katie Muir
at the May 2010 meeting to help to enable her newly formed student company to perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in August 2010.
Our grant paid for the cost of the performance venue and the photo below shows the cast on stage.

Jamie Moore scored a goal and assisted on another to help lead the Royals to victory."
The Warner University Men's' Soccer Team
Jamie applied to the Carterton Educational Trust for a grant towards the cost of his Soccer Scholarship at the Warner University in Florida in February 2009. We were delighted to award Jamie a small sum to help towards his costs, and he is now playing successfully in the USA, see photo left taken in July 2009. We wish Jamie every success.
Daniel Jupp
The Carterton Educational Trust awarded two grants at their July 2009 meeting. Recipients were Daniel Jupp of Richens Drive, Carterton, who received £250 towards the cost of his National Diploma in Performing Arts, and Marie Clare Lornie of Northwood Crescent, Carterton, who received £200 towards the cost of an Access to Higher Education qualification in Nursing.
